On the 8th July 2022, we’re honoured to have Dato George Lim to share the knowledge of The PAEI Model which emphasize four management roles that any team or organization needs to be successful.
The four management roles of PAEI stand for :
- Producer.
- Administrator.
- Entrepreneur.
- Integrator.
The PAEI Model is useful when putting people together to form a new management team. It’s a quick and easy checklist for ensuring that you have a well-rounded group of people who can work together effectively and achieve the team’s goals.
